Under Pressure Auto Studio provides paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tint, vinyl wraps, detailing and related automotive services at our studio in North Bergen, NJ. Information on this website, including descriptions, film specifications, visualizations and the wrap and tint previews, is for general information. Colors, shades and finishes shown on screen are illustrations and may differ from the real materials on your vehicle.
Quotes and appointments
- Quotes given online, by phone or by text are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed after we inspect your vehicle and agree on the scope of work.
- An appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible.
- Please tell us about existing paint damage, repainted panels, aftermarket parts or prior films. Film and coatings cannot fix underlying paint defects, and removing film from repainted or damaged paint can lift that paint.
- Remove valuables from your vehicle before drop-off.
Product warranties
Films and coatings we install are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties (for example, the Tinybot paint protection film warranty and the Redrok window film warranty), subject to each manufacturer’s terms, registration and care requirements. We will give you the applicable warranty information with your service. Our own workmanship commitment will be described on your invoice or work order.
Window tint and the law
Window tint laws vary by state. In New Jersey, aftermarket film is not permitted on the windshield or front side windows without a valid medical exemption. We will advise you on legal options, but you are responsible for the shade you choose and for complying with the laws of the state where your vehicle is registered and driven.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program. Under Pressure Auto Studio Texts is the text-messaging program of Under Pressure Auto Studio. When you opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Under Pressure Auto Studio at the mobile number you provided.
How to opt in. You opt in by checking an optional, unchecked-by-default consent box on our website form and submitting the form, or by texting us first and agreeing to receive messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Messages you may receive.
- Service messages, if you opt in to them: replies to your quote request, appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle status updates and customer care.
- Promotional messages, only if you separately opt in to them: occasional offers, seasonal specials and studio news.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out. Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL) to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final confirmation, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (201) 877-4644.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, please text STOP or let us know.
Privacy. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, no automated scraping, and no submitting false information or someone else’s contact details without their permission.
All content on this website, including text, photography, video, 3D renders, animations, graphics and the Under Pressure Auto Studio name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Third-party brand names such as Tinybot, Redrok and Evox belong to their owners.
Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties for the website, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit any warranty that applies to services performed on your vehicle.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our text-messaging program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under New Jersey consumer protection laws.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website or our text-messaging program after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
